RecargaPay is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to impact millions of Brazilians by creating accessible and innovative financial solutions.
The role involves designing and implementing data-driven solutions with a focus on extracting insights and supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities include developing analytical data models, applying various modeling techniques, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable data products.
The engineer will utilize SQL, Python, Databricks, and Redshift to deliver insights and build dashboards using Qlik Sense or similar BI tools.
Key tasks include building exploratory datasets, collaborating with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams, and ensuring data reliability and accessibility.
The position requires maintaining scalable data pipelines, optimizing analytical environments, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Candidates must have advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with Redshift and Databricks.
A strong working knowledge of Delta Lake features is required.
Solid programming experience in Python for data analysis and transformation is essential.
A background in data-driven domains such as financial services, risk analytics, or compliance is necessary.
Familiarity with AWS services is a plus.
Fluency in English or Spanish for cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
Experience in highly regulated industries like banking, insurance, or fintech is highly valued.
