Description:

The Senior Archer Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of complex applications within the Archer platform.
This role requires advanced technical expertise and a deep understanding of Archer's functionalities to deliver innovative solutions for the company's risk management needs.
The developer will lead the design and development of applications based on functional and technical requirements, including requirements definition, design, development, user acceptance testing, implementation, and documentation.
The position involves demonstrating expert knowledge of Archer's security structure, managing complex user access requests, and providing advanced support for multiple Archer environments.
The developer will lead and optimize change management processes for Archer applications, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
Continuous improvement and innovation are key responsibilities, including analyzing existing applications for enhancements and researching new technologies.
The role includes providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior Archer developers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5 years of extensive experience in application development, with a significant focus on the Archer platform.
Archer and industry certifications are highly desirable.
A deep understanding of development standards and frameworks, including Agile methodologies, is necessary.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior developers is required.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The targeted salary range for this position is $81,000 to $124,550, with actual salaries varying based on job location, skills, and experience.
