Description:

• Join Zapier’s AI Code Gen Team as a Senior AI Engineer to contribute to the mission of making automation accessible to everyone.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to optimize knowledge retrieval and model accuracy.
• Build, test, deploy, and scale LLM architectures while documenting trade-offs made during development.
• Work on cloud infrastructure technologies and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with 5 years dedicated to building distributed, scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with transformer networks, attention mechanisms, and their impact on model capabilities.
• Experience working with LLMs in production environments and fine-tuning them for specific needs.
• Proficiency in deploying evaluation frameworks for LLMs, focusing on performance, reliability, and bias assessment.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and optimizing knowledge retrieval.
• Track record of working through the full lifecycle of building, testing, deploying, and scaling LLM architectures.
• Strong experience in identifying and documenting trade-offs during development.
• Expertise in building with cloud infrastructure technologies.
