Description:
Reltio is seeking a Senior Engineer - Cloud Platform to join their TechOps team in Lisbon, Portugal.
The role involves delivering best-in-class DevSecOps capabilities and enhancing the developer experience.
Responsibilities include scaling cloud-based services, refining the internal platform, focusing on automation, and ensuring continuous delivery.
The engineer will be a subject matter expert in infrastructure management and services for Reltio's cloud offerings, including MDM, RIQ, RDM, and other core components.
The position requires investigating and troubleshooting service reliability issues related to DevSecOps and participating in a monthly on-call rotation.
The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
The engineer will implement tools and strategies to enhance Reltio’s internal infrastructure platform and tackle challenges in blending MDM and Big Data with a focus on cost efficiency, reliability, and availability.
The position also involves designing and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, collaborating with various teams, monitoring and optimizing DevOps tools, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and infrastructure operations is necessary.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools is essential.
Experience with declarative management tools such as Terraform is required.
Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP is necessary.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, particularly Python, is required.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD is essential.
The ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the entire stack, from the network layer through Kubernetes to the OS level is required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement DevOps best practices is required.
