Description:
Zapier is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for the Chatbots team to help scale their mission of democratizing automation.
The Chatbots team focuses on creating AI-powered, customizable chatbots that enhance customer interaction, lead generation, and customer support.
The role involves crafting and refining web-based software products, primarily focusing on frontend development with an interest in UX.
Responsibilities include expanding the component library, developing interface templates, integrating data sources, implementing conditional logic in forms, and collaborating with product and design teams.
The position is remote and open to candidates in North America (EST-PST).
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to web-based software products.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Next.js, and React.js is required.
Experience with tRPC for building strongly-typed APIs and proficiency in Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL is necessary.
Familiarity with deploying applications to Vercel and using Datadog for monitoring and performance optimization is essential.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with Tailwind or styled-components.
