SAM Labs is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to maintain and extend its mobile and web applications.
The role involves architecting and implementing robust multi-platform solutions and ensuring consistent performance across platforms.
Responsibilities include designing and developing cross-platform applications, collaborating with the Lead Developer and Director of Product, and implementing API integration layers.
The developer will transform design specifications into responsive interfaces, optimize state management, and integrate native features.
Performance optimization, testing strategy development, and maintaining coding standards are also key responsibilities.
The position is fully remote and reports to the Lead Developer and Director of Product.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Flutter mobile and/or web development.
A deep understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and the widget lifecycle is required.
Strong knowledge of mobile/web development principles, design patterns, and best practices is essential.
An eye for detail is necessary to deliver performant and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
Advanced knowledge of state management solutions and application architecture patterns is required.
Familiarity with iOS and Android native development concepts is necessary, along with the ability to write platform-specific code.
Experience with Flutter's testing framework, including unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing, is required.
Candidates should have experience with efficient data synchronization strategies and working with external APIs, including RESTful APIs, Firebase, and/or GraphQL.
A proven track record in optimizing Flutter applications for performance, size, and resource usage is essential.
Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile environments are required.
Strong analytical skills for debugging complex issues across multiple platforms are necessary.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for working within a fully-remote team.
A passion for mobile/web development and a drive to stay current with Flutter updates and broader development trends are required.
