Description:
The Sr. Frontend Developer will join the Design Systems team at 1Password, focusing on creating high-quality and consistent user interfaces through the development of the company's Design System, Knox.
Responsibilities include leading the development, testing, and debugging of new and existing design system components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with project goals, and setting an example in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in software development, expertise in building web components with Typescript and React, and a passion for communication and collaboration.
Bonus points for prior experience in building and maintaining Design Systems and working across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development, including building web components with Typescript and React.
Strong communication and collaboration skills demonstrated in working effectively with teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Continuous learning mindset, willingness to share knowledge, and mentorship experience.
Prior experience building and maintaining Design Systems is a bonus.
Prior experience working across web and mobile platforms is a bonus.
