Remote Sr Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Join CultureAI as the Senior Engineer – Frontend Technical Lead to design and implement innovative features for their SaaS product using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, and Angular.
• Collaborate with the UX Designers and Product team to develop new features for the CultureAI product and support tools.
• Guide the team on the best frontend frameworks, processes, and libraries to enhance the product.
• Be hands-on with engineering, dedicating 70% of your time to this role.
• Mentor and guide full stack PHP Engineers and future frontend Engineers in adopting recommended frameworks and processes.
• Work remotely with a close-knit team across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Angular, with the ability to articulate trade-offs and select the best choice for each situation.
• Proficiency in modern and responsive CSS, modern JavaScript (ES9+), and CSS frameworks like SASS/SCSS, PostCSS, tailwind, bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and effective collaboration with Design teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity in finding solutions, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
