The company is seeking a self-driven, mission-oriented Senior Full-Stack Developer to build a data search and analytics platform that enhances collaboration between public safety agencies and community organizations.
The platform aims to enrich law enforcement datasets, identify engagement patterns, improve officer effectiveness, and optimize resource planning.
As a key team member, the developer will design and build current and next-generation software products, shaping engineering practices and influencing core technology decisions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with advanced Elasticsearch, specifically in building search queries and aggregations.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python is required, along with experience in frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material Design is necessary to create responsive interfaces.
Strong communication skills are essential for conveying technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to work cross-functionally are important for contributing meaningfully to the team.
Candidates should be growth-oriented, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
A proactive problem-solving attitude is required, with an eagerness to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
