RainFocus is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software Developer to join their innovative team.
The company serves Fortune 500 clients, providing solutions for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events through their software platform.
The role involves architecting and developing enterprise-grade web applications using Java and React.
The developer will lead small teams and mentor other developers.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining core products with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.
The developer will collaborate with Product Management to deliver high-quality products and create advanced prototypes for new innovations.
Full-stack features will be implemented, covering database design, services, APIs, and user interfaces.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience in peer reviewing code and providing constructive feedback is required.
Applicants should have experience architecting complex solutions and effectively communicating their vision to other developers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies is necessary.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented design and programming is required.
Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, etc.) including database design and advanced SQL is needed.
Candidates should have experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
