Remote Sr Full Stack Developer/Lead (Web & Mobile)

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, implementing, and supporting scalable web-based and mobile application software.
• They will serve as the Technical Leader to a team of 3-4 other Developers.
• Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining custom software applications and integrations with third-party applications/services.
• The role involves working in all phases of the software development life cycle, including functional analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• The Senior Full Stack Developer will conduct code reviews, provide mentorship for junior Developers, and take ownership of problems and issues.
• They will participate in high-level design meetings with stakeholders outside of the team and adhere to best practices in coding, data cleansing, and data management.
• The position requires working effectively in a matrixed environment, participating in daily stand-ups, and collaborating with the scrum team on projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ year of experience performing code reviews and providing mentorship for junior Developers.
• Proficiency in backend development in Node.js and frontend development in React/React Native.
• Experience with relational database concepts, structured query language (PostgreSQL), logic modeling, best practices, and design.
• Ability to influence technical design decisions and make recommendations on high-level architecture.
• Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer.
