Remote Sr Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Asigra, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features for the enterprise backup & recovery platform.
• Your role will involve implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration with backend systems and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders, and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development are also part of your responsibilities.
• Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies within the company.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Node.js and React.js with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications is required for this position.
• A strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is essential.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is necessary.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, is expected.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, is a must.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an agile environment is crucial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are important for this role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
