Description:

  • Develop internal tools using low-code platforms like Retool and Tray to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions and chatbots with business applications for a seamless user experience.
  • Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly internal tools that are scalable, secure, and tailored to departmental needs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to APIs and internal tools.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the technology stack to enhance performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in automation and internal tool development.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing internal tools using low-code platforms like Ultimate.io and Retool.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; familiarity with Java frameworks is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and integration within low-code platforms.
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, including defining endpoints and data structures.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for tracking microservices performance.
  • Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working and integrating with Salesforce, Zuora, and Snowflake.

Benefits:

  • Targeted Base Salary Range: $127,800 to $196,000.
