The position is for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, specifically a Python React Developer with SQL skills, to work remotely in Canada.
The role involves collaborating with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cloud-based platform products using React, Python, and SQL in AWS, architecting solutions with product teams, crafting efficient and testable code, providing feedback through code reviews, troubleshooting application issues, embracing Agile methodologies, and leveraging AI tools for development.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Technical proficiency in React and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks is required.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL is necessary.
Ability to develop Python backend APIs using RESTful or GraphQL approaches is essential.
Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure is required.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is necessary.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose multiple solutions is important.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams are required.
Experience integrating AI tools in development workflows, understanding CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) are nice to have but not required.

The expected salary range for this role is $135,000 - $190,000 CAD, depending on experience.
