Description:

Our client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their team remotely from Argentina.
In this role, you will work across the front-end and back-end of their AI-driven platform, improving data integrations and ensuring smooth functionality.
You will develop and maintain full stack components of the platform.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing front-end and back-end processes for better data integration and performance.
You will manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data consistency and security.
Collaboration on version control using GitHub to maintain high coding standards is expected.
You will participate in daily check-ins and team meetings to ensure cross-team alignment within similar time zones.
Leading medium-sized projects and contributing meaningfully to large projects will be part of your role.
You will quickly prototype new ideas and write effective test plans.
Setting measurable goals and consistently meeting them is essential.
Performing code reviews and refactoring complex code will be required.
You will communicate with users to collect requirements, negotiate scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentoring other engineers and empowering peers to take ownership of tasks and decisions is also part of the job.

Requirements:

You must have 4 to 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with strong JavaScript skills.
Proficiency with Cloudflare Workers and Svelte is required.
Experience with PostgreSQL database management and backend operations is necessary.
You should have an understanding of UI/UX principles and basic frontend design.
Familiarity with backend data processing, fault tolerance, and observability is important.
Experience with version control systems, especially GitHub, is required.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
You must be able to work and communicate effectively in a remote, distributed team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are necessary.
