Description:

Doppler is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own new features and projects from inception to completion.
The role involves designing both frontend and backend architectures while promoting secure engineering practices in a fast-paced development environment.
Projects will range across the stack, including building a React frontend and extending functionality within the secrets engine that manages highly sensitive data.
The ideal candidate should care about user experiences and help maintain the simplicity and intuitiveness that Doppler is known for.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Experience in building frontend and backend web services using Node.js and React is required.
Proficiency with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL, is necessary.
A passion for the craft and a curiosity to constantly learn new things is essential.
Preferred experience includes knowledge of security-first engineering, experience deploying software with Kubernetes, and developing large-scale monoliths.
Candidates should have experience designing large-scale React applications and an interest in learning Go (CLI, Terraform Provider, Kubernetes Operator).
A passion for technically leading and mentoring others is also preferred.
