Remote Sr. Full-Stack Engineer, Integrations & Internal Tools Development

Description:

• The company is seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to develop internal tools that empower teams and enhance work processes.
• The role involves strong automation skills and a good understanding of AI capabilities to improve internal processes using low-code platforms like Retool and Tray.
• The engineer will build and maintain technology that drives internal processes across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Human Resources, and Product/Engineering.
• Responsibilities include implementing AI-driven solutions, integrating chatbots, designing and developing user-friendly internal tools, and ensuring scalability and security.
• The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean and maintainable code, and troubleshoot technical issues related to APIs and internal tools.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates must have 2+ years of experience with automation and internal tool development.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing internal tools using low-code platforms such as Ultimate.io and Retool is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
• Experience with Java frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and integration within low-code platforms is needed, though developing AI/ML models is not required.
• Candidates should have experience designing and implementing APIs, including defining endpoints and data structures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for microservices performance tracking is required.
• Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Salesforce, Zuora, and Snowflake.
