Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their fast-growing team in a remote capacity from Argentina.
The role involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success & Operations Lead to support and enhance a cutting-edge headless CMS, high-performance hosting platform, and programmatic ads system.
Responsibilities include leading headless CMS migrations, optimizing hosting environments, troubleshooting customer support issues, and developing new product features.
The position requires collaboration across different time zones and providing strategic insights to shape the engineering team and its processes.
You will also mentor other engineers, conduct code reviews, and develop prototypes while setting measurable goals for projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on web development.
Proficiency in React, Node, Express, and WordPress is required.
Work experience with AWS and Fastly or similar CDN solutions is necessary.
Experience with high-traffic media sites or large-scale web applications is preferred.
The ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connections is essential.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Candidates should have experience in setting goals, writing test plans, and conducting code reviews.
The ability to gather requirements, negotiate scope, and align with business objectives is necessary.
