The company is a licensed Medicare provider and partners with several Medicaid plans, having established relationships with leading payers in the nation.
They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team.
The role involves participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, prototyping, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions.
The position requires a deep understanding of software development practices and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious project goals.
Key responsibilities include collaborating to identify platform needs, writing maintainable code, managing project backlogs, providing mentorship, and continuously learning new technologies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Full Stack development is required, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Familiarity with Linux environments and Git is necessary.
Extensive knowledge of HTTP, OAuth, IAM, and REST APIs is required.
Experience with UI/UX design practices and tools such as Figma or Sketch is essential.
A solid understanding of security protocols, encryption methods, and best practices is needed.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and tools like Express is required.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and container technologies like Docker is necessary.
Knowledge of database design and management with SQL and noSQL technologies is required.
Experience with cache servers, specifically Redis, is necessary.
Familiarity with major cloud service providers such as AWS and GCP is required.
Candidates must be able to work independently as a self-starter in an asynchronous environment.
The ability to learn and master new technologies swiftly is essential.
A willingness to mentor others and grow the team’s capabilities is required.
