Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience building interactive web-apps with scalable backend services and complex frontend user interfaces.
• Strong technical project management skills to lead projects effectively.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable software that solves complex problems and contributes to the team and mission.
• Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and motivation by Khan Academy's mission.
• Demonstrated cross-cultural competency, empathy for learners, and a love for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs is a plus.
