Remote Sr. IT Engineer

Description:

• The Sr. IT Engineer position involves working in a Mac-based environment using Jamf for MDM, Okta for identity management, and Zoom for video conferencing.
• The role focuses on leveraging cloud-based systems and SSO for external services to support the company's growth.
• Responsibilities include serving as an escalation point for technical issues, designing and managing IAM solutions using Okta, automating processes with Okta Workflows, and customizing Workato connectors.
• The position requires supporting over 750 employees across multiple time zones and contributing to creating a seamless tech experience for remote offices and coworking spaces.
• The role also involves developing and implementing Workato recipes to automate business processes and integrating various systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Strong understanding of API integration concepts, RESTful APIs, and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with Mac OS, Windows OS, and Google suite applications.
• Documented experience in automating tasks using Okta Workflows and other automation tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with integration platforms like Workato, Tray, and Zapier.
