The company is seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Systems and Network Engineer to support the growing needs of the organization.
This position will oversee and support the day-to-day operation of servers and networks, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity in local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining intranets, managing user accounts, and defining and implementing Disaster Recovery procedures.
Ideal candidates should have in-depth experience in data center server, networking, and cloud architecture.
Candidates should be meticulous organizers, excellent communicators with a positive attitude, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
The role requires troubleshooting various systems and network problems and being a team player while also being able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
The position requires working in the EMEA timezone from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm GMT.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related IT specialization with at least 10 years of working experience is required.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux Systems Administration, specifically with Debian and RHEL-based distributions, is necessary.
Demonstrated experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible is required.
Candidates must have experience with scripting in Bash, Python, or any other programming language.
An understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, such as JumpCloud, is essential.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and/or Kubernetes is required.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of networking protocols including IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, 802.1X, and QoS.
Experience working with Identity Provider (IdP) solutions and integration with LDAP and RADIUS is necessary.
The ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision is required.
Candidates should be team players, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills, are essential.
