They are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI and Architecture team.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning systems, working closely with ML scientists, data engineers, and product teams.
Responsibilities include building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, multi-agent architectures, and AI agent workflows.
The engineer will develop and integrate AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, into products and operations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied AI, or related fields.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
A strong foundation in machine learning and data science fundamentals is essential, including supervised/unsupervised learning and evaluation metrics.
Proven experience in building and deploying RAG systems and/or LLM-powered applications in production environments is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or TensorFlow is required.
Experience with vector search tools (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is needed.
Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and distillation of large language models is expected.
Candidates should be comfortable with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in monitoring and maintaining ML systems in production using tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines with ML scientists, engineers, and stakeholders are essential.
