They are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI and Architecture team.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning systems, working closely with ML scientists, data engineers, and product teams.
Responsibilities include building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, multi-agent architectures, and AI agent workflows.
The engineer will develop and integrate AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, into products and operations.
The position requires collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative systems in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include designing and deploying RAG systems, contributing to model development, building evaluation pipelines, optimizing model pipelines, and collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied AI, or related fields.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
A strong foundation in machine learning and data science fundamentals is necessary, including supervised/unsupervised learning and feature engineering.
Proven experience in building and deploying RAG systems and/or LLM-powered applications in production environments is essential.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or TensorFlow is required.
Experience with vector search tools and retrieval frameworks is necessary.
Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and distillation of large language models is required.
Candidates should be comfortable with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD tools, and containerization.
Experience with monitoring and maintaining ML systems in production is necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines with ML scientists, engineers, and stakeholders are essential.
