Description:
Serve Robotics is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer for their prediction pipeline team, focusing on developing reliable sidewalk autonomy software.
The role involves applying advanced machine learning techniques to refine agent prediction models using point cloud data (LiDAR/Radar) and camera data.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining prediction pipelines, researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms for 3D perception, conducting ablation studies, curating real-world datasets, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of industry experience in building perception and prediction modules for robotics or autonomous vehicles.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Exposure to state-of-the-art research or publications in perception and prediction approaches is necessary.
A strong background in sensor fusion, particularly with lidar and camera, and computer vision related to 3D perception and spatio-temporal tracking is essential.
A proven track record of building machine learning pipelines and deploying models in production is required.
Proficiency in Python and C++ is mandatory, with a high standard for writing production-quality code.
Experience with large-scale real-world dataset curation and management is also required.
