Description:
Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-growing team focused on technology and mental healthcare.
The role involves developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance intelligent product features, including clinical decision-making tools and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining ML models for search, recommendation, and clinical support.
The engineer will write production-ready Python code to integrate models into real-time infrastructure and develop robust data pipelines for data collection, labeling, and processing.
Collaboration with product managers and clinical stakeholders is essential to align ML solutions with user needs.
The position requires partnering with data scientists to analyze A/B tests and optimize model performance.
The engineer will contribute to system architecture decisions and help scale ML engineering best practices.
This is a remote position available anywhere within the U.S.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in industry-level ML engineering.
A deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and deployment workflows is required.
Strong coding skills in Python and experience with production systems are necessary.
Familiarity with real-time ML pipelines and online experimentation is expected.
Strong communication skills and experience working across technical and non-technical teams are essential.
The ability to prioritize impact-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Kubernetes, JVM languages (e.g., Kotlin), LLM applications, or Bayesian methods.
Experience working with sensitive healthcare data is a plus.
