Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Mobile Engineer for a remote position in Canada.
This role involves leading the design and development of scalable React Native applications for a fast-growing, AI-powered real estate platform.
The engineer will be responsible for enhancing features and implementing new white-label solutions used by thousands of real estate professionals.
Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers is essential to deliver high-performance user experiences.
The position requires strong Android development expertise and the ability to bridge native and hybrid solutions.
Key accountabilities include leading architecture, development, and deployment of mobile applications, building user-facing features, maintaining app performance, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated on mobile development technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with React Native and strong expertise in Android development.
Deep experience in bridging native code (Java/Kotlin and Swift/Obj-C) within React Native is required.
Strong debugging skills with tools like Expo and native Android toolchains are necessary.
Proven experience in integrating third-party APIs, frameworks, and mobile libraries is essential.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Kubernetes) is required.
Experience in Agile environments and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, automation tools) is necessary.
Understanding of mobile publishing workflows, device fragmentation, and backward compatibility is important.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a passion for clean, scalable code, are required.
