Remote Sr Node.JS Developer

Description:

• The Sr Node.JS Developer position at Skydropx involves developing new features and improvements for products and services securely and thoroughly following company guidelines.
• Responsibilities include writing detailed technical documentation, solving technical problems of moderate scope and complexity, ensuring code style, maintainability, and best practices.
• The role also involves mentoring Junior Engineers to help them develop technical skills and launch features confidently with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of PM2, Domain Driven Design, and Clean Architecture is required.
• Experience in event-driven development, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication in Spanish and English (at least B1 level) are necessary.
• Critical, logical, and mathematical reasoning skills, ability to work in a team, and access to personal computing equipment are essential.
• Additional considerations include previous experience with GCP, Kafka and/or Pub/Sub, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and knowledge of common algorithms and data structures.
