Remote Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer

Description:

• The Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) for the HW team as an individual contributor.
• Responsibilities include driving full factory bring up, collaborating with design engineering teams, managing prototype lines, and overseeing manufacturing documentation.
• The role requires hands-on involvement, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of hardware development and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience and education.
• 7+ years of overall experience, including working directly with engineering teams on product design improvements and with contract manufacturers on new product launches.
• Proficiency in using Solidworks, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience in automotive, consumer, aerospace, or robotics industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and navigate ambiguous situations.
