Description:

The Sr. PHP Developer with Symfony will be responsible for efficiently and quickly writing PHP code in a timely and scalable manner to enhance the company's product code-base.
They will test the code, make necessary adjustments, and contribute to the entire software design lifecycle.
Responsibilities include writing high-quality code, collaborating with team members, understanding requirements, proposing solutions, leading migration tasks, estimating work, adhering to standards, conducting analysis, and preparing technical documentation.
The candidate will also improve software performance, develop reusable building blocks, conduct testing, and adhere to development practices and processes.
Additionally, they will review and configure packaged software, coach and mentor junior engineers, and have a background in web development and database migration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience.
5-7 years of experience as a lead software engineer.
Strong hands-on development experience (75% hands-on development).
Proficiency in PHP, Symfony, C+, SQL/MYSQL, AWS, Azure, Agile methodology, Atlassian tools, Github/Jenkins, CI/CD methodologies, and Flutter.
Ability to understand code context, build APIs, work independently and in a team, communicate technical information effectively, problem-solve, learn new skills, and follow through consistently.
Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, flexibility in development and problem-solving, and cross-cultural competence.
