Addepar is a global technology and data company that assists investment professionals in providing informed guidance for their clients.
The Portfolio Data Ops team ensures clients have timely and high-quality data, overseeing the processing of portfolio transactions and positions.
Responsibilities include performing daily internal verification checks, investigating data pipeline issues, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining procedural documentation.
The role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering to implement process improvements and tooling enhancements.
The working schedule for this position is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, U.S. business days.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry is required, with deep knowledge of capital markets and trade processing.
Strong attention to detail and meticulous execution of established processes are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for engaging with internal and external data partners.
A consistent track record of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
Candidates should be team-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and forward-thinking.
Willingness to work flexible hours is expected.
Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SQL, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services systems are preferred.
