Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Sr. PPC & AI Marketing Analyst to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns and leverage AI-driven marketing strategies.
  • In this role, you will manage multi-channel paid search campaigns, drive automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • You will collaborate with the digital marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns align with the company’s business goals and growth strategies.
  • Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • You will conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategy to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management, and set up and test campaigns on new ad platforms.
  • Work across departments to streamline Marketing and Sales processes using AI tools, automate data cleansing and enrichment, and automate lead qualification and distribution.
  • Regularly audit sales and marketing processes to implement the latest AI tools to maximize operational efficiency in both Sales and Marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and proprietary AI-driven platforms, generating regular reports on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure an integrated approach across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, best practices, and tools, continuously experimenting with new strategies and tools.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools are essential.
  • You should have experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • An understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization is necessary.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (such as Zapier and AI prompts) is important.
  • You must be able to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams are essential.
