Description:
The Senior Sales Engineer position at Motive involves actively contributing to increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team.
Responsibilities include partnering and strategizing with Account Executives for various tasks such as discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support, and onsite meetings.
The role requires providing customized demonstrations of the Motive product to prospects, matching customer needs with solutions, and being an expert on Motive's competition.
The Senior Sales Engineer will also work on RFIs and RFPs, act as a sales liaison between internal departments, and stay updated on Motive's product roadmap.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales/sales engineering role, with a preference for SaaS and Hardware experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions and familiarity with the Transportation & Logistics industry.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Bachelor’s of Science preferred, and a Master's degree is a plus.
