Description:
Thunder is seeking a talented and versatile Sr. Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Consultant to join its Managed Services Team (Amplify) in Manila, Philippines.
This remote position requires availability during US time zones.
The role involves hands-on experience with Salesforce, implementing solutions using Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud or Salesforce Billing functionalities.
Candidates will work with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
A detailed understanding of module development within Salesforce and its integration into broader solutions is necessary.
Candidates should have a broad understanding of SDLC concepts and system design, including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SOAP.
Proficiency in programming with Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML is required for developing CRM solutions.
The consultant will champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets and produce documentation to aid in understanding existing architecture solutions.
Mentoring CPQ Consultants and junior members across Thunder is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of consulting and developing experience within the Salesforce partner/consulting ecosystem, particularly in CPQ & Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing, Sales Cloud, Field Service, and/or Experience Cloud.
At least 1 year of experience leading projects within Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud/Salesforce Billing is required.
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign is preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate capability in solutioning and developing independently for various clients, including complex, enterprise engagements.
A comprehensive knowledge of software, applications, and platforms, along with a working knowledge of business modeling, governance, and operations is necessary.
Candidates must hold at least 3 Active Salesforce Certifications and be willing to achieve 5 Active Salesforce certifications within the first 6 months of employment, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, and CPQ Specialist.
Willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking are required.
Candidates must be able to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations is necessary.
Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills are required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with fluency in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
