Description:
The Sr. ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for building ServiceNow integrations and automating IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for clients.
This role involves working with clients and various teams across Burwood to develop ServiceNow modules, features, and applications.
Responsibilities include creating workflows, implementing IT operations and software requirements, managing internal platforms, and conducting user training sessions.
The engineer will also be involved in maintaining technical documentation, managing deployment projects, and bridging gaps between business specifications and product enhancements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong understanding of Service Management concepts, platform design, configuration, and administration.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Web Technologies, SQL, and databases.
ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Development experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM modules.
Familiarity with SPM, IRM, HRSD is advantageous.
