Description:
The Sr. ServiceNow Engineer will be a key member of the Intelligent Operations team at Burwood Group, responsible for building ServiceNow integrations and automating IT processes to enhance client efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities include requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, and customization of ServiceNow modules and applications.
The role involves developing integrations with backend systems, creating efficient ServiceNow workflows, and documenting IT operations and software requirements.
The engineer will manage internal deployment projects, maintain internal platforms, and provide user training and technical documentation.
Additionally, they will bridge gaps between business specifications and product enhancements.
Requirements:
Understanding of Service Management concepts, platform design, configuration, and administration.
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, process flows, integration specifications, and web technologies.
Familiarity with SQL, databases, and ITIL or ServiceNow certifications.
Experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM modules; SPM, IRM, HRSD experience is a plus.
