Description:

BCMC is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow SAMPro Software Developer to support customer environment operations in a remote capacity.
The ServiceNow Developer will possess ServiceNow administration capabilities and will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services.
Responsibilities include supporting the technical design for architecture, ensuring overall code quality for a highly available and recoverable environment.
The developer will assist in designing, prototyping, implementing, testing, and deploying business rules and technical solutions.
They will develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies.
The role involves documenting, maintaining, and updating policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
The developer will assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution as needed and design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
They will also assist ServiceNow Business Analysts in estimating release level of effort.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required, and the candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development is essential.
Experience in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management is required.
Candidates must have ServiceNow System Administration experience.
A minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience is required, with at least 4 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow development, including SAMPro.
Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services).
Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and diagnosing performance-related issues is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is mandatory.
