Description:

The Senior Software Developer will create and maintain applications related to claims submission and management utilizing a Microsoft Development environment.
This role involves mentoring Software Developers and assisting the Application Development leader with business needs.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using C# .NET, MVC framework, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS.
The developer will communicate with internal and external customers during the analysis and development phases and collaborate on feature and product direction.
The role requires developing SQL queries for application code and operational tasks, as well as creating build scripts for deployment to test and production servers.
Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field of study is required.
Candidates must have 6-9 years of experience in web-based application design, development, and launch, specifically using C# .NET or similar architectures, Azure, .NET CORE, Windows services, API development and integration, and SQL server.
Experience with healthcare data and transactions (i.e., X12, HL7) is a plus.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and provide technical leadership during solution design discussions is essential.
