EnableComp provides Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions for healthcare organizations, leveraging over 24 years of industry-leading expertise and its unified E360 RCM™ intelligent automation platform to improve financial sustainability for hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) nationwide.
The Senior Software Developer will create and maintain applications related to claims submission and management utilizing a Microsoft Development environment.
The role involves mentoring Software Developers and assisting the Application Development leader with business needs.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using C# .NET, MVC framework, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and communicating with internal and external customers during the analysis and development phases.
The developer will also develop SQL queries for application code and operational tasks, create build scripts for deployment to test and production servers, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field of study is required.
Candidates must have 6-9 years of experience in web-based application design, development, and launch, including web application development using C# .NET or similar architectures, Azure, .NET CORE, Windows services, API development and integration, and SQL server.
Experience in healthcare data and transactions (i.e., X12, HL7) is a plus.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

The ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and provide technical leadership during solution design discussions is essential.
