Description:
A leading software platform is seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join their dynamic team and help build innovative solutions for customers.
The role involves leading the development of their core platform, focusing on both mobile and web applications that enhance member interactions, club management, and event coordination.
Responsibilities include full-stack development, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
The developer will work extensively with .NET, C#, and SQL Server to design and implement APIs, database schemas, and stored procedures.
The position requires building and maintaining the user interface using Blazor WebAssembly and integrating it with back-end services.
Collaboration with the product team, designers, and other developers is essential to ensure smooth project development and delivery.
The developer will provide technical support for customer issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues promptly.
Testing, debugging, and ensuring the quality of new and existing features across the platform are key responsibilities.
The role includes mentoring junior developers and participating in Agile development practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Service Bus is required.
Candidates should have 3+ years of proven experience in developing and maintaining complex systems using Blazor WebAssembly and Web API.
Experience in designing and optimizing stored procedures and database schemas in SQL Server for at least 3 years is necessary.
A strong understanding of data synchronization is required.
Candidates must have a solid grasp of Agile development practices and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
Demonstrated ability to lead front-end development with a focus on user experience and UI/UX collaboration is essential.
The ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a live environment is required.
Familiarity with cloud services and managing production/staging deployments is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaboration across teams and mentoring junior developers.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Figma or other design tools, knowledge of mobile app development, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Prior experience in member management systems or event management platforms is a plus.
