Description:

The Sr. Software Engineer is a professional level 4 position responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's software products.
This role involves designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, monitoring, and debugging new and existing software systems and applications.
The Sr. Software Engineer will serve as a technical expert on development projects and participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design.
Expected duties include working on frameworks or algorithms used across product lines, mentoring lower-level peers, and creating processes for the technical quality of products.
The role requires creating architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.
Responsibilities also include ensuring security, performance, manageability, quality, and consistency of the software architecture across the system and providing technical guidance to development teams.
The Sr. Software Engineer is expected to conduct research, gather information, interpret data, identify requirements, and create solutions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience are required for this position.
The individual should possess complete knowledge and a full understanding of the area of specialization, principles, and practices within a professional discipline.
The role requires the ability to assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify causes.
Candidates must be able to resolve and assess a wide range of issues creatively and suggest variations in approach.
The ability to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt existing approaches to resolve issues is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners, often requiring persuasion.
The work is expected to be done independently, utilizing independent judgment.
