Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the features, modules, and integrations of ServiceNow products to create engaging demonstrations.
Customize demos to address specific pain points and use cases within different industries.
Develop tools and utilities to simplify demo configurations for the sales team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct live, interactive software demonstrations, workshops, and config sessions for sales teams and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration and Scripting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with the ability to create Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Glide scripting and experience in building interfaces using Service Portal/UI Builder.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and third-party integrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language.
Quick problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges during live demos.
Possession of ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD).
