Description:

  • Cority is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
  • The role involves designing and enhancing base Cority software and working with Product Development to meet client needs.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET and Angular.
  • The engineer will analyze, estimate, and take ownership of engineering tasks, delivering efficient solutions with high-quality code.
  • Writing high-quality code with a focus on Unit Test coverage and Definition of Done is essential.
  • The position requires developing and maintaining relational databases and integrating them with software applications.
  • Collaboration with team members to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs is expected.
  • Participation in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards is required.
  • The engineer will also provide technical guidance to other team members.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in computer science or a related program is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a developer is required.
  • A strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle is essential.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is necessary.
  • Technical qualifications include experience with .NET Core, .Net Framework, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience using relational database systems such as SQL Server is required.
  • Candidates must have experience creating and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of CI and CD concepts is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript is required.
  • Experience working on Agile projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with user authentication technologies and encryption is necessary.
  • Experience in application and workflow optimization is required.
