Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain microservices following best practices to ensure optimal performance and integration with other system components.
  • Create, optimize, and manage data structures and pipelines, working with complex data models to ensure smooth data flow within the system.
  • Integrate external services and APIs to enhance functionality and interoperability.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business needs.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations.
  • Follow and promote best practices in coding, design, and development methodologies to maintain quality and consistency across the team.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and system scalability.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in C# programming language and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Expertise with .NET frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems, including work with microservices architecture.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability with hands-on experience building large-scale, distributed applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Expertise with data storage solutions (SQL and NoSQL databases).
  • Excellent communication skills to advise and guide others effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in consulting or consultancy agencies.
