Achievers is seeking a Sr Software Engineer for their Data & Reporting team in Colombia, offering a full-time permanent remote position.
The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing reporting and analytics solutions that meet business requirements and performance standards.
The engineer will work across teams to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of software/product delivery, removing roadblocks, and advocating for best practices in availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience focused on Reporting and Analytics.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is necessary.
Proficiency in web frameworks and server-side languages like Python, PHP, or GO is required.
Candidates should be skilled in relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
A willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with the latest frameworks and APIs is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality, are required.
