Description:

The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in developing both current and future versions of the app, focusing on enhancing the user experience and maintaining the position of the app as the top HR Software for SMB businesses.
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with designers and the engineering team to create intricate web UI components and pages.
Researching technologies and implementing solutions to complex problems.
Proposing and executing performance optimizations and scaling strategies.
Contributing to the continuous enhancement of systems and processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality work.
5+ years of experience using React to build interactive user interfaces.
Demonstrated ability to create exceptional user interfaces from high-resolution mockups.
Proficiency in building modern UI components from scratch, such as datepickers and interactive lists.
Experience in leading projects involving multiple developers.
Strong understanding of web standards, cross-browser web development best practices, and the ability to mentor others.
Previous work samples showcasing proficiency in developing highly interactive web-based applications.
