Remote Sr. Software Engineer, Frontend (Pharmacy)

Description:

• Hims & Hers is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to assist in developing efficient tools for managing customer orders and prescriptions on a large scale.
• The role involves collaborating with various teams to create user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Responsibilities include brainstorming features, monitoring application performance, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and participating in on-call support.
• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in React, Typescript, HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3, and a strong understanding of web application design principles.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with NextJS, full-stack development, Kubernetes, AWS, and Datadog for front-end observability.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of shipping production code.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3.
• Understanding of modern web application design principles, responsive design, CI/CD processes, Git, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and participate in on-call support.
