Remote Sr. Software Engineer, Frontend (Web & Mobile)

Description:

• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Subscription Management team.
• The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop innovative features for web storefronts and mobile apps.
• Responsibilities include leading feature design, development, and deployment, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration across engineering pods.
• The position requires contributing to the technical and strategic vision, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality code.
• The ideal candidate will actively participate in sprint ceremonies and process refinement to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in e-commerce or growth-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies like React, GraphQL, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies, including React Native, and experience in building complex consumer web applications.
• Proficiency in CSS, design principles, and responsive design with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting providers such as AWS.
