Description:

Opus1.io is a SaaS CRM startup focused on music and performing arts schools, aiming to transform client interactions in music education.
The company has recently secured $5 million in funding and is looking to expand its team rapidly.
The position is for a full-time remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.
The engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and production infrastructure.
Responsibilities include contributing to all aspects of an application, such as front-end, back-end, APIs, tests, CI/CD, and AWS Production infrastructure.
The role requires comfort with multiple programming languages and databases.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering is necessary.
Strong proficiency in Frontend technologies, specifically ReactJS and Apollo GraphQL Client, is required.
Strong proficiency in Backend technologies, including Python, GraphQL, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and ECS, is essential.
Proven experience with complex Datetime, Calendaring, Scheduling, and Multi-timezone implementations is required.
Experience with Payments Processing, such as Stripe or other platforms, is necessary.
Expertise in monitoring, operating, and optimizing web-scale production infrastructure is required.
Demonstrated expertise in software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures is essential.
Experience with unit testing frameworks is required.
The candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team and also be self-motivated to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a stable internet connection, are necessary.
