Description:

• RecargaPay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Lending to join their team.
• The Super App simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil by consolidating various payment methods like credit and debit cards, Pix, and Open Finance.
• The platform offers services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans with a focus on convenience, low cost, and flexibility.
• The role involves writing efficient and testable code, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, maintaining software documentation, and supporting continuous improvement.
• The Senior Software Engineer will mentor and provide advice to other team members, solve technical problems, look for innovation opportunities, and propose technical implementations to solve scaling and performance issues.
• The position requires hands-on engineering experience, a degree in Computer Science or related field, understanding of web applications, relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, Domain Driven Design, and Microservice Architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning is essential.

Requirements:

• Hands-on engineering experience.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
• Experience dealing with medium domains of medium/high complexity.
• Understanding of web applications, security, session management, and best development practices.
• Knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, Domain Driven Design, and Microservice Architecture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and design complex distributed applications for high performance and scalability.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning.
